Nercon's Fully Integrated Conveyor Lines are Backed by 30 Years Experience, 50 Engineering Professionals and 250,000 Sq. Ft. Assembly and Fabrication Facilities

Nercon has been engineering and fabricating conveyor systems and equipment for Fortune 1000 manufacturers for over 30 years. Specializing in the food, beverage, paper, pharmaceutical, household, chemical and health and beauty industries, Nercon has stratically built up divisions, product lines and service teams in order to offer customers a great depth of product handling experience and a broad range of conveyor and equipment products to solve their production needs.

While Nercon is known for conveyor engineering and manufacturing, they also offer a full range of services including project managment, line and conveyor controls, installation and transportation.

The Nemco Design Group was formed to provide dedicated design and engineering services for planning conveyor and product handling lines with maximum efficiency. This group provides many services including  line layouts, efficiency studies, mechanical engineering, electrical controls and project managment.

Nercon also has an all in-house well-staffed Electrical Controls Group. Projects are co-designed with the mechanical engineering team and and field acceptance testing is offered on-site. Nercon also offers an in-house UL authorized panel shop.

Having a diverse background in many different industries promotes continuous advancements in conveyor technology at Nercon, including servo drives, communication networks, touch screens, real-time reporting, device net, ethernet and distributed control systems.

Nercon Services Group provides installation, start-up, warranty, supervision and training. Regional Service Centers with direct support from the home office,  are located throughout the United States.

Nercon Transport offers an air ride fleet of trailers that are dedicated to your freight destination. Nercon's own drivers have an excellent safety record and Nercon Transport offers freight service 24 hours/day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

At Pack Expo - Las Vegas, Nercon has an extensive equipment display including a Gripper Elevator, Spiral Conveyor and Re-Flow Accumulation Table feeding a Rolco FIFO (First-In, First-Out) Accumulator. A new display this year is an Angled Roller Belt Conveyor system that will be demonstrating several applications. A KUKA robot will be integrated with a conveyor system conducting a mixed pallet simulation. Another display will show Nercon's Plastic Belt "Retrofit Kit" for case conveyor changeovers. And finally, Nercon will have conveyor displays from the Modular Conveyor Express line, a pre-engineered and in-stock program. Visit Nercon Eng. & Mfg., Inc. at Booth # 3012.
