Nercon is Licensed O.E.M.

for New Angled Roller Belt Conveyor Technology

(Oshkosh, WI) Nercon Eng. & Mfg., Inc. has teamed up with Intralox ® to offer the latest in Angled Roller Belt technology. The Intralox ® patented Series 400 Angled Roller Belt (ARB) aligns cases uniformly without the use of rails which not only reduces equipments costs, but also minimizes labor costs in clearing jams or correcting stoppages.

A significant benefit of an Angled Roller Belt conveyor system is the cost effectiveness of the solution as compared to traditional equipment solutions. A multitude of components are not needed to accomplish the same tasks that Angled Roller Belt conveyors can accomplish in much shorter distances.

Nercon has been granted a license from Intralox ® to be an official O.E.M. for the new Angled Roller Belt technology. With over thirty years in the conveyor engineering business, Nercon Eng. & Mfg., Inc. engineers are specialists in package conveying.

Applications for the Angled Roller Belt conveyor technology include Case Alignment, Case Turning, Centering, Singulating/Descrambling, Merging and Diverting.

The attributes for Angled Roller Belt Conveyors are:

Flexibility The Angled Roller Belt is modular in design. Repairs to sections can be made by pulling the pin and exchanging the section.

Adaptability The Angled Roller Belt conveyor systems can handle a variety of sizes and shapes of cases. Even fragile packages can be safely conveyed in this system with minimal risk of damage or breakage.

Speed Angled Roller Belt conveyers have been tested at sorting up to 200 packages per minute.

Reliability Without guide rails and complex gating, production lines using Angled Roller Belt technology show a significant reduction in breakdowns and jams.

Low Maintenance Fewer components result in less maintenance.
