CLAMSHELL LABELING SYSTEM

The new Clamshell Labeling system is designed to denest, label and restack all popular clamshell sizes.

Nested clamshells are placed on the system's powered horizontal infeed conveyor and denested with Minnesota Automation's patented secondary motion rotary system. Individual clamshells are presented to tamp-on label applicators for application of top and bottom labels. Labeled clamshells are re-nested on a powered horizontal outfeed conveyor for final packaging.

The system automatically counts labeled clamshells and creates a variable gap between predetermined counts.

The Clamshell Labeling System is designed to label all popular clamshell sizes at speeds of 200 clamshells per minute and can be integrated with most leading tamp-on applicators.
