CONTINUOUS MOTION TRAY SLEEVER

Minnesota Automation's new continuous motion tray sleever can sleeve individually overwrapped trays. A low back pressure infeed conveyor receives product at random from customer's conveyor and uses smart belts to time trays into the machine's flighted infeed conveyor. Continuous motion, cam-controlled load pusher transfers tray onto sleeve. Independent load-jam sensing protects machine and minimizes chances of product damage. The sleever is chain-driven at conveyor height to reduce maintenance. A programmable logic controller and an operator interface make this sleever user friendly. Sleever runs up to 160 cycles per minute. This sleever will reduce labor and increase productivity.
