NEW AT PACK EXPO! For 30 years, McBrady Engineering has been offering a complete line of cleaning equipment to ensure containers are free of foreign material. At PACK EXPO International 2004, McBrady will highlight a range of systems engineered to meet individual requirements. For example, the ORBIT Bottle/Vial Rinser Cleaner series offers air cleaning, liquid rinsing, steam rinsing or gas flushing through a direct tube, injected inside each container or vial. Ranging in speeds from 10-400 bpm, ORBIT models incorporate multiple revolutions and a duplex rotor.

Designed to handle containers at speeds up to 600 bpm, McBrady’s Gripper Rinser accommodates changeover in 3-4 minutes with no change parts.

The Outside Vial Washer cleans/decontaminated the exterior of vials with air drying. The system features no cap wetting, no change parts, tool-less changeover and simple design.

McBrady’s Bottle Dusters quickly remove dust/powder from the sides, top and bottom of containers with ionized, compressed air, brushing, spinning and vacuuming. Each Duster model offers tool-less changeover, with speeds up to 400 cpm.
