Complete Packing Line

YAKIMA, WA- March 19, 2001- MARQ Packaging Systems, Inc. has built a complete packing line with a total footprint of 223 inches x 82 inches.

This line consists of the High Performance Case Erector Bottom Sealer (HPE-215) and the High Performance Automatic Top Sealer (Series 2000). A MARQ conveyor system with packing station and an on-demand photo eye complete this line. The HPE-215 erects cases from 8 inches in length, up to 27 inches in length. The knockdown length is 14.75 inches up to 43 inches in length. This line produces boxes at a rate of 15 cpm.

Like all MARQ machines, this packing line is built to withstand operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It's built with heavy duty welded steel, and can produce corrugated at 15 cases per minute.
