The technological leadership of the Lanfranchi unscrambler, based on numerous patents, is confirmed by more than 100 installations that are performing at more than 40,000 bph and up to 72,000.

Nevertheless, for very particular applications, higher speeds are requested: the UHS (Ultra High Speed) range of machine is the answer.

Based on the LanFranchi technology, the UHS machine is characterized by several improvements that bring the limit up to over 120,000 bph (effective production).

A great contribution is given by the new vacuum starwheel (LanFranchi patent) that grants a very fast transfer from the main carousel to the discharge starwheel, maintaining the usual gentle handling of the LanFranchi technology.
