The economical Sidewinder takes the simplicity, reliability, and high quality of Iconotech’s one-of-a-kind printing technology to the production line to meet distributors demands for standard, legible outer case bar coding. Iconotech brings case printing off the floor, cutting the costs and space needed for stocking inventory of preprinted cases and labels. The machine easily adjusts for last minute print changes-whether it’s an ingredient change, date change, or other information that needs to be on the modified case run.

The Sidewinder's precision print provides 100% guaranteed readable bar codes, and is suitable for average batch runs of 10,000. The Sidewinder is versatile and easy-to-use. It compactly measures 19”W x 24”D, and can be mounted on either side of the conveyor for running at a wide range of conveyor speeds. Additionally, multiple printers can be added to a conveyor line to print on other panels of the case.

The use of Iconotech's computer generated printing stencil, to print bar codes, fine line graphics, logos and text directly onto filled cases, allows exact placement of very high-resolution print anywhere within a 2"W x 23"L print area. The Sidewinder easily and quickly prints and precisely positions new messages, and smoothly adjusts to different case sizing.
