LP-1002 Case Loading System with special Overhead Pusher option.

George Gordon Associates (GGA) announces the availability of its Layer Pac™ Model LP-1002 case loading system. The LP-1002 has a special option called an Overhead Pusher. With the heavy-duty overhead frame, many options can be easily added such as customized holding gates for odd shaped bottles. Applications with top-heavy bottles may be processed without product tipping over. The system may even pack non-round jars or bottles at a precise angle called the Angle Pack.

The LP-1002 is unique in that it uses a live matrix generating table to provide non-contact handling of highly decorated or odd-shaped items to be packed, with no damage, yet with up to 50% more density than other packing methods. Using simple layer packing or stacking, with or without slip sheet separators, the GGA Layer Pac LP-1002 system uses no down-stacking elevators.

The GGA LP-1002 automated Layer Pac case loading system will accommodate packing configurations including square, offset, and offset less one pack, and now angle pack, in case sizes up to a 29' cube. Nested or stacked product can be loaded into cases or trays, with or without layer separators. Available options include multiple carton infeed/discharge configurations and tooling for different container sizes. The GGA Layer Pac LP-1002 technology is unique in that it provides all of these benefits at very competitive prices.
