Packet Placing System (PPS-250CE) Now For European Installation

George Gordon Associates, Inc. introduces the new model PPS-250CE Packet Dispensing System and now has CE Mark approval for our European customers. Building on the George Gordon Associates, Inc. experience in dispensing equipment, the PPS-250CE is the complete package for pouch dispensing applications. It features PLC control and servomotor drive for precise and accurate dispensing.

Many pouch dispenser features and options are offered such as casters for portability, air actuated shear cutting, various sensing methods and easy adjustments for size change with photocell registration for accuracy and various escapements. It employs servomotors, with positioning determined by photo eye mark or through beam sensing, to mark the frequency of a continuous stream of printed, packeted product. The system cuts and places the packet in the appropriate position determined by customer requirement.

The entire system is self-contained with its electronic drive system and servo motors for efficient production operation. The precision accuracy prevents product damage such as cutting out of position and provides packet dispensing in time with the conveying mechanism. A high efficiency shear knife system cuts each package and allows it to feed into an outfeed system for precise positioning. The PPS-250CE Packet Placing System is ideal for many placing applications including food pouches, condiments and wet naps, desiccants, etc. GGA provides reliable placing systems, responsive customer service, reduced operating cost and reasonable prices.
