Green Bay, Wisconsin – June 4, 2007 – The Hudson-Sharp Machine Company is participating in CMM International’s Flexible Packaging Technology Center exhibiting the SR-2400 servo draw, split roll bag machine. CMM International is a converting and machinery/materials conference and exposition being held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Rosemont, Illinois, USA, June 4-7, 2007.

Hudson-Sharp’s SR-2400 bag machine featured at the technology center will be producing side weld seal bags with a handle cut-out, according to Jeanette Long, Hudson-Sharp’s Marketing Communications Manager. "In previous trade shows, the show attendees would see one individual piece of machinery operating in the manufacturer’s booth", she said. "Hudson-Sharp’s participation in CMM’s Flexible Packaging Technology Center will allow show attendees the opportunity to experience the entire flexible packaging converting process, from printing all the way through to the production of the finished bag."

Hudson-Sharp’s SR-2400 is a 1400mm (56") wide split roll flat belt bag machine for the production of plain or printed side weld or bottom seal bags. The SR-2400 features superior stacking control and handles film widths up to 1370mm (54") in single lane configuration and 660mm (26") film width for split lane configuration.
