EDL in Motion!! Meet the Continuous Motion Inline

EDL Packaging Engineers, Inc. of Green Bay, Wisconsin, introduces the newest addition to their Standard Integrated Engineered Systems line with the Continuous-Motion Inline Tray Wrapper. The new CM-ILA can be customized to meet different product sizes and is capable of wrapping 65 trays per minute. The line speed is achieved by the use of a continuous motion seal jaw that moves with the product as it seals the film. EDL can design and build a tray former/loader and wrapper for your specific application or integrate pieces into an existing line. Features Continuous Motion Seal Jaw Low Tension, Feed-on-Demand Film Delivery System Allen-Bradley PLC, Allen-Bradley Alpha Numeric OIC Epoxy Polyester Powder Coating used throughout Capable of wrapping up to 65 trays per minute dependent upon product size Can wrap products ranging from 6” to 18” wide, 6” to 28” long and ½” to 10” high
