Auto Labe is now offering the model 155R RFID printer applicator incorporating the latest RFID print engine technology from Avery Dennison, Datamax, Sato and Zebra and is available in blow-on and tamp-on application technologies. The PLC controlled unit can be incorporated into automated conveyor systems from Auto Labe that integrate additional antennas for RFID label verification after application and product rejection systems for non-written or bad tags. The model 155R is an on-line RFID labeling solution, upgrading customers from current “Slap and Ship” methods. Options are also available to upgrade existing Auto Labe printer applicators in the field to RFID ready machines. For nearly 40 years Auto Labe has manufactured affordable labeling solutions for the packaging industry and has many years of experience with thermal transfer printers from companies such as Avery Dennison, Datamax, Sato and Zebra.
