Arrowhead Conveyor has introduced the ultimate convenience in conveyor lubrication: PermaLube, a handy, self-contained lubrication system that provides a cost-effective, simple solution for lubricating conveyor or machinery components – especially those that are difficult to access on a frequent basis.

The versatile ArrowLube is designed to meet diverse lubrication requirements. It can dispense most oil or grease lubricants, virtually anywhere routine lubrication is required, using one of four possible injection schedules. Injection schedules are easily preset, with the flip of two switches. On schedule, ArrowLube then automatically injects fixed amounts of lubricant to the bearings, eliminating the risk of excess oil or grease that could contaminate equipment and compromise conveyor or machinery components – and, ultimately, even damage the product being manufactured.

ArrowLube also is easy to install and requires minimal periodic maintenance. It is powered by a simple battery pack, safely encased within the unit. No complex electrical or pneumatic hookup is needed: the unit is simply bolted to a mounting bracket where lubrication is required. And, depending upon the injection schedule, ArrowLube can automatically lubricate for up to a year before the fluid cell must be replenished and the battery pack replaced.
