	MS-350-NG Medical Pouch Sealer It seems the MS-350 medical device packager has reached celebrity status among medical device engineers and device manufacturers. Centered on its reputation of accurate performance and durability, this sealer has been purchased by the nation's leading medical device makers. It has also become a favorite among medical device startups. The MS-350 sealer, from its baseplate up, has been designed and built for the specific task of sealing flexible medical pouch films such as Tyvek®, foil, poly, mylar, etc.
	MD-3010 Medical Rotary Sealer Under the expanded ISO-11607, medical device manufacturers are asked to develop robust monitoring of this critical process. 	V-402 Medical Vacuum Sealer There are many medical devices that can benefit from a low moisture and oxygen environment. Many of our customers that utilize the V-402 Medical Pouch Sealer have chosen this device in order to thwart problems such as oxidation or discoloration on some critical parts. Some of our customers pack medical devices with an optical surface and the moisture has caused the optics to fog or discolor. Also, many of these medical devices, in the presence of oxygen, can change key device chemistry that may be activated by an ambient environment or moisture.

MD-450-VG Medical Gas-Flush Vacuum Sealer The MD-450-VG sealer is designed for vacuum and/or vacuum flush processes that require validatable control. This sealer incorporates a microprocessor that monitors and manages key sealing parameters in order to engender repeatable seals. This dual-nozzle stainless steel sealer is ideal for packaging devices that may be adversely affected by moisture or oxygen within the pouch atmosphere. This sealer is available in a 450mm width as well as a 630mm.

V-300 Vacuum Sealer The V-300 vacuum sealer delivers extraordinary performance, yet only requires a small footprint on your production counter top. The V-300 sealer is in operation at facilities throughout North America from packaging food products such as coffee and candy to archiving sensitive electronic and medical diagnostic parts. Unlike many vacuum sealers that require shop air which utilizes a high air consumption venturi style vacuum system, the V-300 sealer utilizes its own positive captive diaphragm pump. The sealer, therefore, requires only a simple 110V outlet and you're ready to package.

	FS-315 Tabletop Sealer The FS-315 sealer has gained a reputation as a durable, dependable and ergonomic general pouch sealer. In our fulfillment department at Van der Stähl Scientific, we have been using an FS-315 for the better part of a decade to package a variety of parts for shipment. This sealer has had incredible abuse from our less than gentle fulfillment staff. The FS-315 sealer seals as well today as the first day it was put into service.
	CP Series Poly Bag Sealer These rugged steel-bodiesd sealers produce a durable 2mm seal width. Despite the CP's small size, they're able to bond a variety of thermal plastic materials quickly. The open design allows for the use of roll stock film. Can also be configured with a trolley-style knife for seal and cut operation.
	CW-10 Clamshell Sealer If you're sealing a right PET clamshell, seal the flange with a CW-10 clamshell sealer. This compact, hand-operated constant-heat sealer is a good choice for low-throughput.

	Viú® Visual Inspection Unit Van der Stähl Scientific, Inc. debuts the all new Viú®. This patent pending system greatly exaggerates the topography of the flexible pouch seal area by utilizing polychromatic side lighting in concert with a 3X magnification. This provides the packaging engineer strong visual acuity as to the nature of basic seal integrity. With a gentle tap of the piezo seal inspection switch on top of the unit, the Swiss-built polychromatic light source is activated. The LED cluster provides a finely tuned light wash over the seal area. This light wash is angled in order to invoke shadows over the topography of the pouch seal area.
	Viú® Calibration Introducing Viú™ Calibration. This is the powerful datalogging module to the upcoming Maintenance Cast® maintenance software by Van der Stähl Scientific, Inc. Viu is a powerful, quick and intuitive program for grabbing data from an ever-growing list of devices such as thermometers, multimeters, packaging machines and force gauges.
