Cartoners

The TR2000 Series of cartoners are high quality cartoning systems designed to provide exceptional value to North American packagers. Trinamics cartoners are rugged, powerful, innovative and highly flexible to satisfy the demands of low, medium and high volume production.

The rugged one piece welded frame and top-quality components make the TR2000 Series of cartoners among the strongest cartoners in the industry. The powerful drive and the two-inch diameter, main drive shaft, provide smooth and quiet acceleration to facilitate manual or automatic loading and minimize operator fatigue.

Eliminating drive chains and utilizing telescoping shafts with universal joints synchronizes drive components to save hours of service and maintenance. Shafts throughout the cartoner are stainless steel and the powder-coat finish provides an extremely durable and attractive machine finish.

Trinamics Cartoners are easy to understand and user friendly. The cartoners are safe to use with fully interlocked guarding. Rapid three-dimensional changeover taking less than nine minutes. Rapid changeover features are included with the AutoLoad Cartoners and three-dimensional changeovers are quickly completed. Safety is assured with complete fully interlocked clear Lexan® doors.

Trinamics Cartoners are available in Manual Loading and Semi Automatic AutoLoad and Fully Automatic AutoLoad configurations.

TR2000ML ManuLoad Cartoner is pre-engineered to upgrade to full AutoLoad capability as future production requires and the TR2000ML ManuLoad Cartoner includes the drive and mounting locations for AutoLoad conversion. The cartoner is complete with a high-speed rotary feeder, loading platform and easily accessible operator control panel.
TR2000AL Semi Automatic AutoLoad Cartoner is an automatic loading cartoner where products are manually placed in the buckets of a bucket conveyor and automatically loaded into the cartons. All the standard features are included with this powerful cartoner.
TR2000ALX Fully Automatic AutoLoad Cartoner includes a product infeed system. The fully automatic Cartoner may include intelligent positioning conveyors, overhead sweep conveyors, or robotic infeeds that can be coupled with a vision system. Screw infeeds for bottles or cans, stacking, collating and multi-laning are all capabilities that can be incorporated with this fully automatic cartoner.

Sleevers

The TR2000SW continuous motion wrap-around sleever is a compact fully automatic form, load and seal, sleeving system to wrap an economical flat die-cut carton-blank fully around a product. The TR2000SW Sleever is a user-friendly and easy to operate/service sleeving system designed for sustained packaging operation.

The TR2000SW provides packagers with an economical high quality wrap-around sleeving system to handle a wide range of cartons and product sizes. The TR2000SW Sleever features precision-machining, robust construction and a durable baked-on powder coat finish. Large diameter adjustable footpads provide leveling.

A PLC provides programmed control for all timing and automated functions. All areas of the Sleever are easily accessed through fully interlocked clear Lexan® safety doors that provide clear viewing of all areas of the sleever.

The TR2000SW Wrap-Around Sleever

The highly innovative product infeed system automatically loads the product from the supply conveyor into the sleeving system. The system orients the products as required and a high-speed rotary feeder places a flat die-cut sleeve blank on top of the product. The product is used as a mandrel to form, close and seal the sleeve. A short bead of hot melt adhesive is applied to the carton seam to provide an instant, tamper-evident seal.

The TR2000SW Wrap-Around Sleever are designed to package products in economical wrap around sleeve display cartons. Typical applications are frozen foods in round microwave bowls.

Trinamics rotary feeder is a precision pick and place feeder that places economical die-cut carton blanks precisely on top of each product. The feeder uses a unique belt drive assembly for quiet, high-speed operation.

The TR2000SW Wrap-Around Cartoner incorporates an overhead product and carton squaring assembly to maintain the alignment of product and the wrap-around carton. This powered overhead assembly assures correct positioning of sleeve and product during closing and sealing. The overhead squaring assembly is lifted by pneumatic controls to provide easy access for service or clearing product or cartons. Coding can be incorporated as required.

Case Erectors

The TR3500CETcase erector is just one of many in the Trinamics Case Erector series, designed with excellence in innovation, flexibility, rugged strength and the high quality required by today’s packagers.

The TR3500CET is a fully automatic Case Erector producing cases on demand to supply downstream equipment, or as a free-standing system to supply erected, sealed boxes as required.

Smooth continuous motion drive provides long and maintenance free service.

Powered auto index case magazine and conveniently located operator side adjustments with changeovers in under ten minutes. Case erect and jam detect verification with integrated full line verification and stand by control features.

Compact footprint and Durable and attractive stainless steel and or powder coat paint finish.

Case Packers

The TR616 Series of case packers provide an enormous leap forward in Case Packing Technology. The TR616 Case Packers are a new development in fully integrated Case Packing Technology that set new standards of excellence in innovation, flexibility, rugged strength and high quality demanded by today’s discriminating corporate buyers.

The TR616 Case Packers are fully integrated case packing systems that include product infeed conveying and collating, case erecting, product loading and complete top and bottom case sealing. The TR616 case packers are available in Bottom-Load, Top-Load, End-Load and Side-Load, Drop Pack and Wraparound configurations. Utilizing the latest advances in Servo-Drive and gearbelt technology, the TR616 case packers provide improvements in packing efficiency and productivity. The TR616 case packers are rugged and built in North America to meet the most demanding case packing applications.

The TR616 Case Packers can collate and load a wide range of products including plastic or glass bottles, food and pharmaceutical cartons, as well as light household products and cartons.

TR616BL Bottom Load Case Packer - a fully integrated, servomotor powered, bottom load case packing system for efficient case packing where space limitations will not allow using conventional three separate machine arrangements.
TR616TL Top Load Case Packer - a fully integrated, servomotor powered, top load case packing system. This case packer is designed for bottles and product best suited to top loading. This system is compact.
TR616SL Side Load Case Packer - the side load case packer is designed for products best suited to loading through the top of the case on it’s side. This servomotor powered case packer is complete with collating, case erecting, case loading and sealing.
TR616EL End Load Case Packer - the end load case packer loads the product through the end of the case. The system erects the case, infeeds and collates product, loads and seals the cases. Compact in size requiring less floor space than a conventional three-machine case packing line.
TR616WA Wrap Around Case Packer - the integrated case erector extracts a case blank from the large capacity magazine and deposited into the carrier flights, product is loaded into the case and the case and product are indexed forward to the sealing module. After application of the glue, the case is then formed around the product and the glue will be “wetted” on the case joint. The wrapped product is then indexed into the minor and major flap forming station where hot melt adhesive is applied to the case flaps; and the flaps will then be formed closed.

Case Sealers

Trinamics manufactures case sealers to accommodate a very broad range of case sizes. Trinamics Case Sealers are designed for sustained operation in 24/7 packaging lines and are available with a variety of sealing options, whether your application requires top and bottom tape or both tape and glue. Trinamics capability to engineer integration of system modules provides you with more choices.

The TR2002TB-RCS model as shown, is a fully automatic Random Case Sealer to provide packagers with a continuous-duty, case sealing system to seal the top and bottom of a wide range of case sizes with tape or hot melt adhesive.

The top sealing assembly is supported by heavy-duty vertical pillars for strength and stability and to provide vibration free operation.

Case flights are mounted to permit automatic sealing of tall and lightweight cases.

A unique rack & pinion gear assembly provides for positive, smooth automatic case length adjustment to center the case as it travels through the sealing section.

Fully interlocked doors of clear Lexan® provide safety and quick access for maintenance and service.

Reliable Dekka® tape heads with large diameter rolls provide hours of operation with little attention.

Hot melt adhesive sealing is available.

The Case Sealers are powder coated to provide a tough, durable and attractive finish.

Typical of most of Trinamics packaging machinery, the Case Sealers will handle a very wide range of case sizes.

NEMA 12 enclosures are standard with Washdown NEMA 4X available.

Heavy threaded legs and large diameter adjustable footpads permit leveling for operation.
