Poppet Valves
Numatics poppet valves operate on compressed air & vacuum. They are ideal for single acting cylinders, air bellows and vacuum material handling. Numatics Poppet Valve features include Low Cost, High Flow, Rugged Design, Bubble Tight, CSA & CE Approved.

2002 Series
Modular reality, plug together flexibility in design! Sub-miniature 3-way and 4-way solenoid air pilot actuated valves. Available in manifold & base mount. Electronic interface options include DeviceNet, SMART Distributed System and LonWorks.

2004 Series
Modular reality, plug together flexibility in design! Miniature direct solenoid and solenoid air pilot actuated valves. Manifold mounting with DIN rail option. Electronic interface options include DeviceNet, SMART Distributed System and LonWorks.

2005 Series
Modular reality, plug together flexibility in design! 4-way solenoid air pilot actuated valves. Available in manifold & base mount. Supported electronic interface/bus protocols include DeviceNet, Allen-Bradley Remote I/O and Profibus DP.

2006 Series
Solenoid pilot actuated valves. Plug-in base or manifold mount with optional plug-in tubing connections and terminal block for ease of wiring. Lightweight magnesium alloy valve body. Multi purpose 5-ported, 4-way, 2 and 3 position. Lapped spool & sleeve assembly.

2012 Series
Modular reality, plug together flexibility in design! 4-way solenoid air pilot actuated valves. Available in manifold & base mount. Supported electronic interface/bus protocols include DeviceNet, Allen-Bradley Remote I/O and Profibus DP.

ISO 5599/1
Numatics ISO series valves are high speed, heavy duty valves, designed for general service on all types of automation. Valves comply with ISO standard 5599/1 for valve unit to base interchangeability. Direct solenoid, solenoid pilot and air pilot actuated models available. They are true multi-purpose valves and employ the patented Numatics spool and sleeve assembly.

ISO 5599/2
Numatics ISO series valves are high speed, heavy duty valves, designed for general service on all types of automation. Valves comply with ISO standard 5599/2 for valve unit to base interchangeability. Direct solenoid and solenoid pilot actuated models available. They are true multi-purpose valves and employ the patented Numatics spool and sleeve assembly.

ISO Compact
Compact design, sub-base mounted valves. Lapped spool and sleeve assembly, 5-ported, 2 and 3 positions. Aluminum alloy housing. Solenoid pilot and air pilot actuated models available.

Automotive
The 125 and 250 Automotive Series valves comply with automotive interchangeable and S.A.E. industrial standards. These are high speed, heavy duty valves designed for general service on all types of automation. Manifold or base mounted.

L1
The L1 Series air valves offer speed and high flow capacity in a compact design. They are available either with solenoid pilot or air pilot actuation. The L1's slim design (.875" body width) is ideal for inline mounting, while it may also be mounted on one piece extruded manifolds from 2 to 12 stations. A 12 station L1 manifold is only 14.11 inches wide.

L2
The L2 Series air valves offer speed and high flow capacity in a compact design. They are available either with solenoid pilot or air pilot actuation. The L2's slim design (1" body width) is ideal for inline mounting. The L2 may be mounted on one piece extruded manifolds from 2 to 12 stations, either as common supply with common exhaust or common supply with individual exhaust.

LO1
The LO1 Series offers high flow in a compact, direct acting solenoid valve. Each LO1 features a 4-way, 4 ported design which can be mounted either inline or on a manifold in any position. The LO1 also offers an optional side mounted speed control.

MicroAir
MicroAir valves are designed for miniature automation applications blending high performance in a miniature package size. MicroAir offers high flow (Cv= .13) in a compact size - only 15 millimeters wide. Many plug-in features include a plug-in solenoid and optional speed control sandwich.

MK 3
The Mark 3 Series offers high flow in a miniature valve design. The Mark 3 line is available with 10-32 or 1/8 porting in either sub-base or manifold mounting, sandwich speed control and sandwich pressure regulators.

MK 8
Mark 8 valves have a plug-in base or manifold, a plug-in solenoid and an optional plug-in speed control sandwich. The unit to base electrical plug permits instant valve unit replacement without disconnecting piping or wiring.

MK 15 & PA 15
Mark 15 valves have a plug-in base or manifold, a plug-in solenoid and an optional speed control sandwich. The unit to base electrical plug permits instant valve unit replacement without disconnecting piping or wiring. Numatics PA 15 Series are high quality air valves with high flow capacity in a compact design. The PA 15 may be mounted on a base or manifold. Sandwich speed controls and sandwich pressure regulators are available.

MK 25
Mark 25 valves have a plug-in base or manifold, a plug-in solenoid and an optional plug-in sandwich pressure regulator. The unit to base electrical plug permits instant valve unit replacement. Valves are direct solenoid actuated, 5 ported, 4-way, 2 or 3 position.

MK 55 & PA 55
Mark 55 valves have a plug-in base or manifold, a plug-in solenoid and an optional plug-in speed control sandwich. The unit to base electrical plug permits instant valve unit replacement. Valves are direct solenoid actuated, 5 ported, 4-way, 2 or 3 position. Numatics PA 55 and SPA 55 Series are heavy duty valves with high flow capacity in a multi-purpose design. Both valve lines may be mounted on a base or manifold. Optional plug-in sandwich speed controls and sandwich pressure regulators are available.

140 Series
High flow capacity, Cv to 16.5 . Solenoid pilot or air pilot actuated. Plug-in solenoid with indicator light. Multi-purpose, 5 ported, 4-way, 2 position design. Features lapped spool and sleeve assembly. Sub base mounted, side and bottom ports with individual exhaust.

MK 7 Haz. Loc.
Numatics has developed a solenoid operator suitable for use in certain hazardous locations. This operator is designed to contain any spark that may originate within the solenoid, prohibiting it from reaching the environment. It is also designed to contain any explosions within the housing. It is approved by Underwriters Laboratories. Mark 7 hazardous location valves are heavy duty, multi-purpose, 2 position valves.

FRL's
The Numatics Air Preparation Group manufacturea air preparation equipment, including filters, regulators, lubricators, air dryers, lockout valves, and much more. Our Lapeer, Michigan plant is an ISO 9001 approved facility. A full line manufacturer of pneumatic components including FlexiBlok® Modular FRLs, high flow air prep, stainless steel air prep, lockout valves, precision pneumatic controls, mufflers, reclassifiers and accessories.

Filter Elements
Custom and OEM filter elements as well as replacements for many major manufacturers. Keeping your filtration system in working order is not only important, but is mandatory to keep production high and maintenance low. We offer high-quality filter elements and accessories engineered to perform as best as possible so as to protect your compressed air lines and pneumatic tools. Air Dryers
Ultra Air is part of the Numatics Air Preparation Group. We manufacture all types of compressed air dryers, including refrigerated, regenerative, membrane, and more, in addition to dryer accessories as well as the UltraBlok™ Modular FRL Series. Fittings
