Future production requirements demand customized process solutions, diverse organizational structures and adaptability to new different infrastructures. Blister Express Center
The Blister Express Center concept is more than just a machine, it is a means of organizing and meeting demand-based production schedules. Thermoformer, cartoner and stretch-banding or case packing machines are combined into one unit. A process within a process. The BEC 100 or 500 handle jobs in a matter of minutes that used to take much longer. The BEC concept works with mini-tools and small rolls of material to achieve a change-over time of 15 minutes and can easily handle five different short-run production orders in one shift. Unmanned production with high productivity.

Cartoner
Productive cartoning requires three elements: flexibility, speed and precision.  Our cartoners package a wide range of product types and shapes, quickly and accurately. That means that no matter what you want to package in cartons, we always have a solution tailored to your needs.

End-of-Line Packaging
There is little more to be said to a pharmaceutical manufacturer regarding the legendary precision of Uhlmann's thermoformers. Trace & Trace
Next year, different legislation comes into effect around the world governing the seamless traceability of pharmaceutical products.  Uhlmann and Uhlmann VisioTec pool their expertise and offer Track & Trace as an innovative, integrated system solution from a single source.   We are improving safety against counterfeiting as well as product and process realiability.   Our system can either be integrated into new machines or it can be installed into existing machines.  We don’t stop there.  We can apply a code to the blister using our track & trace system.  This allows integration of production batches such as sealing pressure, sealing temperature, type and batch of film or foil adding another advantage in terms or reliability, documentation and traceability of the production process.
