Cartridge Filling Equipment

The HVF M Series, manual cartridge filler, delivers accurate, air-free bottom-up filling and is capable of running any cartridge size from two fluid ounces to 48 fluid ounces. Simple, compact, and easily changed over, the M Series is ideal for start up operations, to production requirements of 1,800 cartridges per hour.

The HVF R110 is a single fill head, 12 station, rotary dial design and is convertible for running 10, 14, or 30-ounce cartridges. The R110 HS is a high speed servo driven version for speeds to 50 cartridges per minute. Both versions of the R Series are excellent solutions for production requirements up to 3,000 cartridges per hour.

The ProSys HVF L Series are multi-head, linear cartridge filling machines. Available in two, three, four, six and eight fill heads: providing unequaled production output up to 10,800 cartridges per hour. Ease of access, modular design and multi-shift production capabilities all combine to make this the world’s standard for high quality, high output cartridge filling systems.

The HVF Specialty Series are engineered for custom applications such as single and dual chambered cartridges, syringes and "Chubb" containers. Cam , Pneumatic and Servo-driven systems are proven drive options for the specialty series. We can also provide turnkey configurations with sorting, feeding and downstream equipment.

Squeeze Tube Filling Equipment

The MTS has been designed and built for short run, low production requirements. A perfect blend between quality components and low cost the MTS can be set up with low or high viscosity fill station, plastic heat seal or metal crimping stations. Simple and portable the MTS meets the need of Lab, R&D or Promotional production runs.

The RT 40 is an economical solution to automated filling and closing of squeeze tubes. Automatic configurations include; tube load ramp, orient, fill and closure stations for either metal or plastic squeeze tubes. The RT 40 is compact and efficient and fits the requirements for quality filling and closing for low to mid speed applications.

The ProSys RT 70 and 140 are designed specifically for the Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical Industries. High output, ease of cleanup and simple tube size changes enhance the Cam driven metering system. 3 and 5 horsepower drives as well as sturdy construction provide a reliable production unit for mid to high speed applications.

Syringe Filling Equipment

LVF RS and RSD Series are custom filling systems for applications ranging from unit dose tubes to syringes and addresses the single source, turnkey needs of the Dental, Industrial and Pharmaceutical markets. The RS Series is an adaptable productline that has been installed for applications such as single and dual-chambered syringes, squeeze tube and cartridge configurations as well as the ability to run small jars – all on the same system. Cam , Pneumatic and Servo-driven systems are proven drive options for the RT Series. We can also provide turnkey configurations with sorting, feeding and downstream equipmentA variety of drive systems, varying levels of automation and closure configurations make the RS Series a versatile and proven design.

The LVT RSD12 is designed and built specifically with the Dental and Pharmaceutical Industries in mind. All ProSys syringe fillers utilize positive displacement metering and field proven components for accurate, reliable operation at speeds of 20 to 140 tubes per minute.
