Wraparound System for Large Diameter Products.
Applies labels to a wide variety of cylindrical products from 2"Dia.-6"Dia. Products are manually loaded onto the "cradle" rollers. The operator activates the foot switch, which lifts the "cradle" up to the impresser roller. When the impresser roller contacts the product, a label is dispensed and wrapped around the product. The cradle then returns to its original position and the product is removed. The process is then repeated. Labels up to 20 ppm with +/-1/32" placement accuracy. Q90 High-Speed Label Applicator
This state-of-the-art, high-speed servo-driven Q90 label applicator is capable of dispensing speeds up to 4000" per minute or 1000 cycles per minute. The Q90 is ideal for demanding applications requiring high production rates, precise label placement and around-the-clock service. The push/pull label drive allows precise tension control, minimizing stretching with film liners and web breaks with paper liners. This drive is compact and modular to allow easy integration to a wide variety of applications. Both our optional Powered Label Unwind and Powered Label Rewind modules feature low inertia sealed bearings and an electronic vairable torque circuit to provide a smooth label supply and waste removal at very high speeds.

Wipe On Label Applicator-High Speed
High-speed wipe on label applicator applies labels at speeds up to 400 ppm. The wipe-on labeler can be configured for top, side or bottom applications for cartons, containers, trays and bottles. The microprocessor directs and monitors all functions of the labeling had, including fault monitoring. With memory for 50 label presets, the microprocessor easily accommodates a wide variety of options and is available with automatic line speed compensation. High Speed Security Tag Labeler
This custom EAS applicator features a 20" diameter roll capacity and high-speed tamp/blow applicator module. The Q41 EAS is capable of dispensing the Ultramax security tags as well as the Checkpoint security tags. Changeover is quick and easy between the two most commonly used tags. Quadrel´s three distinct levels of self-contained, fully automatic labeling systems cover a wide range of front/back, top, bottom, side, wraparound or custom applications at speeds from 50 to 500 ppm. All systems feature tool-free changeovers, universal product alignment and stepper or servo driven microprocessor-controlled applicators. Dual Panel Front/Back and Wrap Labeling System
This VersaLine labeling system applies panel labels to square containers by using two labels to cover all four sides. The labels are applied at speeds of 150 products per minute with pinpoint accuracy. As the products enter the system, they are captured by the top hold down conveyor and held securely in place as two Q60 wipe-on applicators tag labels to the leading and side panels of the product.
The heavy-duty wrap conveyor rotates the product against a stationary silicone foam back-up station, completing the impression of the labels on the remaining sides of the product. System features include advanced microprocessor control and heavy-duty cabinet base construction. An AC drive inverter synchronizes the applicators to the system’s product handling.
