Meat Industry Case Sealers
Pearson offers case sealing solutions for the meat industry with our CS30-TE and CS30-SE Case Sealers. Pearson's CS30-TE Inline Top and End Sealer is designed to automatically close and seal partial overlapping top flaps of large meat cases, then fold and seal end tab extensions at rates to 30 cases per minute. Pearson's CS30-SE Right Angle Side and End Sealer is designed to close and seal two different pork cases of different fixed lengths and depths (constant width) on a random input basis at rates up to 30* cases per minute.

High Speed C2240 Carton Combiner
Pearson's C2240 Carton Combiner automatically unitizes two cartons into one item to simplify conveying, palletizing and distribution. The C2240 applies glue to the trailing carton and then combines the leading and trailing cartons, making them a single unit for traveling through an existing conveying system. An optional tape combining feature is available that applies tape to the top and bottom of pairs of cartons to make one unit. Manufactured in stainless steel with wash-down components, the C2240 combines paired cartons at speeds up to 225 cartons/minute.
