CAPPING SYSTEMS

Fully Automatic In-line Centurion Series Cappers and Torquers
* 98% 304 stainless steel construction.

* Heavy duty air clutches increase the torque pressure and eliminate burning of the cap skirt.

Royal Series Rotary High Speed Capper
* Units are variable speed and designed in four, six, eight, ten, twelve, fourteen and sixteen head versions to handle cap sizes from 10 mm to 120 mm with line speeds up to 750 C.P.M. * Handles a wide variety of container styles in glass, metal or plastic from fractional ounce up to one gallon.
* Container guides are fabricated of high density polyethylene to protect container artwork.
* Smooth - all mechanical motions.
* Constructed without any castings, these heavy duty units are entirely mechanically operated to offer years of trouble free service with very low maintenance.
* Applications for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries are designed to minimize changeover procedures.

Fully Automatic Cap Elevator/Sorter/Feeder with Top Drive Centurion Series In-line Torquer
* Large capacity cap bin is located at operator level for ease of loading. Holds from four to six cases.
* Cap Elevator/Sorter/Feeder handles plastic or metal caps from 24 mm up to 120 mm at line speeds in excess of 200 containers per minute without any change parts. 
* Snap on / pull off, no tool cap flights on elevator belt for rapid, repeatable changeovers.

* Multi-purpose flights machined on both sides to handle different styles and sizes of caps.

* Stepped or contour cap flights for custom caps also available.

CONVEYING SYSTEMS

Rotary Unscrambler
The Rotary Unscrambler is designed to feed plastic, glass or metal containers of any size onto conveyor systems. Containers are placed onto the load platform and then pushed onto the rotating table where adjustable diverter paddles are used to direct their path of travel onto the conveyor system. Variable speed controlled.

Transfer Unit
This unit is dual purpose. lt can be integrated with a bottom ink-jet coding system or used as a gentle transfer from one conveyor to another. Container transfer is accomplished by adjustable side holding belts. Variable speed controlled.

Rotary Accumulator
The Rotary Accumulator is used at the end of production lines to collect containers in order to facilitate manual case packing. Variable speed controlled.

Conveying Systems
Standard 5" wide stainless steel, sanitary conveyor bed can be built to any length required to handle glass, plastic or metal containers up to 5 gallon in size. 45, 90 and 180 degree turns are all standard. Various chain materials and types are available. "No Tool" adjustable rail network is used throughout. Variable speed conveyor drive is standard. Available with explosion-proof package, if required.
