Pacific Packaging Machinery Inc. specializes in the design and manufacturing of custom liquid filling equipment for a wide range of applications. Our equipment supports rigid containers that range in size from 10-ml to 55-gallon drums.

Our Rotary Volumetric Time-Pressure Flow and Mass/Mag Flow Meter Filling Systems accommodate a wide range of capacities and viscosities for high throughput applications.

For low to moderate speed production requirements, we offer Volumetric, Mass/Mag Flow and Net Weight Filling Systems on benchtop, inline (single and dual-lane), and filling machines.


Rotary Filling Systems


Volumetric Filling Machine Series: Pacific's rotary volumetric filling systems offer flexibility for a wide range of viscositites and containers sizes with high throughput per fill station. The filling systems support both top fill and bottom-up fill capabilties. The accuracy range is +/- 1/3% to 1/2%. The system cleans easily but for some products is not 100% CIP'able.


Mass/Mag Flow Meter Filling Machine Series: With our family of rotary flow metering measuring filling systems, Pacific provides filling accuracy in the 1/4% to 1/3% range with full CIP capabilities. These systems are available in both top and bottom-up fill arrangements.


Pail Filling Machine Series: For high speed 5-gallon pail filling, we offer our rotary equipment with either volumetric or flow meter fill systems. These machines are available with top fill nozzles. Where continuous motions is required to control spill and drip, this is an ideal alternative to an inline filling system.


Monobloc Filling Machine Series: Any of rotary filling systems can be monobloc'd (or tribloc'd) with a rotary capping turret and/or rotary rinsing system. The customer can specify the filling and rinsing systems of choice. The monobloc style rotary equipment offers improved container handling, a smaller footprint, and less maintenance offer multiple machines.



Inline Filling Systems


Volumetric Filling Machine Series: Pacific's inline volumetric filling systems offer flexibility for a wide range of viscositites and containers sizes with high throughput per fill station. By utlizing our patentend RatioFlo Volumetric Modules, we are able to fill a wide range of volume without the time-consuming process of change pistons. The filling systems support both top fill & bottom-up fill and single & dual lane capabilties. The accuracy range is +/- 1/4% to 1/3%. The system cleans easily but for some products is not 100% CIP'able.


Mass/Mag Flow Meter Filling Machine Series: With our family of inline flow metering measuring filling systems, Pacific provides filling accuracy in the 1/4% to 1/3% range with full CIP capabilities. These systems are available in both top and bottom-up fill arrangements. This model is only available in a single lane configuration.

Net Weight Filling Machine Series: We also offer a family of inline net weight filling systems. The net weight scale controllers provide filling accuracy in the 1/4% to 1/3% range with full CIP capabilities. The filling systems support both top fill & bottom-up fill and single, dual, and offset lane capabilties.



Pail Closing Systems


Closing/Lidding Machine: For 5-gallon pail applications, we provide integration with our various filling systems to a 15 CPM lidding system. The lidding system comes standard with the same durable, rugged construction as our entire line of fillers.




Drum Filling Systems


Volumetric Filling Machine Series: Pacific's volumetric drum filling systems offer flexibility for a wide range of viscositites. As with the Inline Series, we utilize our patentend RatioFlo Volumetric Modules to provide accurate +/- 1/4% to 1/3% fill tolerances. The system cleans easily but for some products is not 100% CIP'able. The drum filling system can support both single and pallatized drums.


Mass/Mag Flow Meter Filling Machine Series: With our family of flow metering measuring drum filling systems, Pacific provides filling accuracy in the 1/4% to 1/3% range with full CIP capabilities. These systems are available in both top and bottom-up fill arrangements. The drum filling system can support both single and pallatized drums.

Net Weight Filling Machine Series: We also offer a family of inline net weight drum filling systems. The net weight scale controllers provide filling accuracy in the 1/4% to 1/3% range with full CIP capabilities.
