Hot Stamp Coders

A comprehensive line of Hot Stamp printers. Our coders can operate at speeds over 1,200 prints per minute and our large format machines can print areas of up to 6 inches x 4 inches.

Thermal Transfer Coder

Our Thermocode, Thermal Transfer coder has been designed to give the flexibility of the thermal transfer concept while maintaining the simplicity of printing while the substrate is stationary.

Off Line Printing

Our C2000 carton coding and printing system is perfect for coding pharmaceutical cartons. We also provide semi automatic systems for coding cards and cartons.

Type and Type Holders

To enable our Hot Stamp customers to get the best possible print quality we have developed a simple to use Tee-Slot type system. This allows the type to be located quickly into place with the minimum of fuss. We keep large inventories of this type and normally ship orders for standard fonts the same day.
In addition to the standard type, we also produce a number of special items to benefit particular customers. These include:
Type holders to allow our printers to utilize the popular "Norwood" style type.
Special type holders to fit Norwood printers, allowing these customers to get the benefits of the Open Date type system without having to purchase new printers.
Additional special type holders to fit Allen, Markem and Gottscho printers, again allowing users of these systems to simplify their set up procedures.
Special fonts for the pharmaceutical companies using OCR typefaces, to allow for successful integration of on-line vision systems.
We have been making Hot Stamp equipment and printing type for 25 years and can use this experience to configure your printer to be simple to use while giving superb results.

Hot Stamp Foil

Our hot stamping foil is formulated to give excellent print quality and is approved for food and pharmaceutical applications.
We stock sizes for most popular printer types (in black - other colors can be ordered for you) and orders for standard sizes are generally shipped within 24 hours.
We don't have a minimum order size so you can order our foil for even the smallest job, always at extremely competitive prices.
