HPE-NS 30 Cases Per Minute
The HPE-NS High Performance Case Erector Bottom Sealer was designed like all MARQ case erectors to run 24/7 365 days a year. The easy load bundle hopper reduces the amount of lifting required by the operator because multiple stacks of cases can be placed in the hopper, which loads from ground level up and the length of the hopper can be expanded based on customer need. Top and bottom lug drive ensure that the case will be transferred positively and squarely through the machine.The HPE-NS has the ability to run RSC, HSC FOL, AFM and seal with either tape or glue. Machine is available in standard, medium, large and super frame. The Quick Change Option provides case size change over in less than a minute increasing the uptime and flexibility.

HPE-215 15 Cases Per Minute
The HPE-215 High Performance Case Erector Bottom Sealer with its small footprint and big case range makes it ideal for space restricted facilities. The HPE-215 features a continuous feed stack hopper, which is ergonomically friendly. It also features a dual vacuum cup opening system that provides a powerful, consistent grip for setting up the case. A dual flight lug conveying system provides square cases with even sealing and stable inner case dimensions. Reaching speeds up to 15 cases per minute, this machine is well suited for entry to mid level markets. The 215 can set-up and seal RSC, HSC and AFM .

HPE-415 15 Cases Per Minute
The HPE-415 High Performance Case Erector Bottom Sealer with its small footprint and big case range makes it ideal for space restricted facilities. The HPE-415 features a dual vacuum cup opening system that provides a powerful, consistent grip for setting up the case automatically. A dual flight lug conveying system provides square cases with even sealing and stable inner case dimensions. HPE 20 Cases Per Minute
The HPE High Performance Erector Bottom Sealer was designed for stabilizing "uncontrollable" cases such as stovepipe or chimney, by utilizing dual bottom flight lugs and a single top lug. Like all MARQ case erectors this machine incorporates 3/16 heavy duty construction, top and bottom vacuum cups assure positive setup action even for double walled cases. The HPE also incorporates easy accessibility for servicing and adjustments as well as all components available locally. The HPE has the ability to run RSC, HSC, FOL and AFM cases as well as the ability to use tape or hot melt glue. The HPE comes in standard, medium and large frame sizes.

HPE-NS- Tablock 20 Cases Per Minute
The HPE-NS-Tablock High Performance Tablock Case Erector Bottom Sealer was designed to run tablock style cases as well as RSC. The machine folds the top flaps back against the body of the case without breaking the tabs connecting the major and minor flaps, opens the case using top and bottom vacuum, folds the bottom flaps and transfers the case into the sealing section. This machine has a multiple stack hopper and can be manufactured to seal with Tape or Hot Melt Glue. Machine is available in standard, medium and large frame sizes.

HPE-NS Random 30 Cases Per Minute
The HPE-NS Random is a High Performance Random Case Erector Bottom Sealer. This machine allows customers to virtually eliminate downtime when running multiple case sizes. Case sizes are pre-programmed into the PLC and when the stack reaches the infeed hopper, the machine has already automatically adjusted to the new case size. On this particular machine, the case sizes can be infinite, provided they all fall within the machines case range. Machine is available in tape or hot melt glue and has the ability to erect and seal RSC, HSC AFM and FOL style cases.

HPE-Lidder 18 Cases Per Minute
The HPE-Lidder is a High Performance Case Erector Bottom Sealer and HSC Lidder. Our Lidder is the culmination of 25 years manufacturing experience with this style of machine in the agriculture industry. This machine erects the bottom HSC; seals with tape or glue and inserts the bottom into the top of the HSC so the box is ready for packing. The machine has a disable switch which allows you to run RSC cases as well and is adaptable for the use of the ever-popular display shippers.

HPA-SLD 30 Cases Per Minute
The High Performance Automatic Side Lug Drive case sealer is one of the most durable case sealers on the market today. The key feature of this machine is it’s side lug design which transfers the case at the strongest point and also keeps the case square. The HPA-SLD is offered in pressure sensitive tape or hot melt glue as well as being able to top seal and bottom seal or top and bottom seal. Machine is available in standard, medium, large and super frame models.

HPA-SBD 20 Cases Per Minute
The High Performance Automatic Side Belt Drive case sealer is a basic machine that’s adaptable, versatile and flexible enough to meet your changing needs as you grow. The spring loaded side belt drive is ideal for applications with soft bulging pack. These machines feature a single drive shaft system that eliminates case misalignment. Side belts are offered in 2, 4 and 6 inch height depending on customer application.The HPA-SBD is offered in pressure sensitive tape or hot melt glue and has the ability to seal top and bottom, top only or bottom only. HPS 30 Cases Per Minute
The High Performance Automatic Side Sealer is designed for RSC End Load as well as Bliss style and Clam shell style cases. The positive transfer of cases is accomplished with dual top and single bottom lug drive. Cases can be sealed with pressure sensitive tape or hotmelt glue.

HPA-BB 50 Cases Per Minute
The High Performance Automatic Bottom Belt Drive case sealer is a top only case sealer where higher throughput is a requirement. Simplified flap folding, easily adjustable, heavy duty 3/16 steel frame, and powder coated finish make this one of the most affordable high speed sealers on the market today. This machine is available in pressure sensitive tape or hot melt glue and is available in standard, medium and large frame models.

HPA-Gap Flap 30 Cases Per Minute
The High Performance Automatic Gap Flap case sealer is a money saver; this machine has the ability to save the customer as much as twenty percent in corrugated savings. The HPA-Gap Flap has the ability to seal the top and bottom of cases that have up to a 4 inch gap between the major flaps. Cases can be sealed with pressure sensitive tape or hot melt glue and the machine has the ability to seal top and bottom, top only or bottom only. The High Performance Automatic Lid Lifter case sealer was designed to seal the top and bottom of 2 piece HSC cases without damaging product overpack. This machine secures the outer half slotted case with MARQ’s mechanical lid lifters while the inner case is gently lowered so that the major and minor flap can be folded without damaging the product. This machine utilizes a split bottom belt and side belt drive conveying system that assures accurate and square sealing of all cases.

Random Case Sealers

HPR 15 Cases Per Minute
The High Performance Random is fully automatic with the ability to seal top and bottom, top only or bottom only and can seal with pressure sensitive tape or hotmelt glue. The sealer will accept different case sizes automatically without the assistance of an operator. MARQ randoms are available in standard, medium and large frame models as well as side lug drive, flight bar drive, and side belt drive. HPR–HS 30 Cases Per Minute
High Performance High Speed Random Sealer utilizes a pre-sensing method, bar code reader or light curtain, that enables the machine to pre-size to the specific case size before the case has entered the sealer. This precise method of scanning assures that the sealer will be in the precise position to accept the case.The pre-sensing method also distinguishes between random or batch modes. This machine has the ability to top seal or top and bottom seal. All random sealers are servo driven and built to withstand a 24/7 operation as well as the ability to seal with pressure sensitive tape or hot melt glue. Case Vibrators

HPV-ZS 15 Cases Per Minute
High Performance Vibrator was developed to provide a means to effectively reduce product volume in a controlled setting. The model ZS can reduce case height by as much as 2”, resulting in corrugated cost savings of up to 10 percent. The ZS is a bottom belt drive vibrator only.

HPV-T 20 Cases Per Minute
High Performance Vibrator Top Sealer has the ability to seal with pressure sensitive tape or hotmelt glue. The cases pass over the vibration plate settling the product as much as 3” and with the top sealer incorporated into the machine, it eliminates the amount of line space that is required. Powder coated finish is standard with optional stainless steel construction and sealed electrical systems for complete washdown and/or chemical environments.

HPV-22 20 Cases Per Minute
High Performance Vibrator Top and Bottom Sealer is the perfect solution for volume-filled products, bagged products or any product that is susceptible to in-transit settling. This machine was designed incorporating vibration principals developed by the University of California in 1967. Since then, MARQ has successfully adapted the concept to a wide variety of industries. Available in pressure sensitive tape or hotmelt glue.

HPV-DS 20 Cases Per Minute
High Performance Vibrator Dual Station is the workhorse of our vibrators; if this machine does not settle your product, nothing will. The HPV-DS features two 78” vibrating platters; one under open vibration and one under compressed vibration. The flight bar drive is utilized for case transit throughout the entire machine to eliminate case damage. 3/16 construction, heavy duty 80 pitch chain and high efficiency motors are used on the HPV-DS for long life and durability and allows this machine to live up to the name “MARQ Tuff”. Available in pressure sensitive tape or hotmelt glue as well as top seal or top and bottom seal.

Tray Formers

HPT 50 Trays Per Minute
High Performance Trayformer is a rugged, heavy duty machine, unique with its 4" tubular steel frame. This machine is completely handwheel adjustable within the machines design specifications. It's adaptability and versatility make it ideal for virtually any application. It has an extended blank capacity as well as an easy loading horizontal hopper. Machine has ability to run side slot, end slot, design style, hooded and fold-lock trays. Also available in standard, medium and large frame models.
