Model 93 SFIL Automatic Taper/Hot Melt Case Erector
The Elliott 93 SFIL Case Erector is a compact machine measuring 66” long and 48” wide. Erecting and sealing a wide range of case sizes in a limited space, it is completely portable and quickly adjustable for changing case sizes from 6” to 18” long, 6” to 16” wide and 6 ½” to 16” high. The case erector is built within a single unitized machine frame. Squared cases are assured by a case transfer system. Case speeds up to 15 cases per minute.

Model 9306 Tape/Hot Melt Case Erector
The Elliott 9306 Case Erector is a compact machine only 72” long and 48” wide. This versatile, compact unit delivers cases from 8” to 20” long, 6” to 14” wide, and 6” to 16” in height at a speed of up to 25 cases per minute.

Model 9400 Automatic Intermittent Motion 3-in-1 Case Packer
The Elliott 9400 Automatic Intermittent Motion 3 in 1 Case Packer offers proven reliability in a compact and affordable package. The unit offers versatile three-in-one performance, combining case erecting, loading, accumulating and sealing in one production line. Overall dimensions of 108”: in length and 67” in width. Carton ranges of 8” to 20” long, 6” to 16” wide, and 4” to 16” high, are delivered at up to 20 cases per minute.

Model 9110 Automatic Pick and Place Packer
The Elliott 9110 Automatic Pick and Place Case Packer is designed for products requiring gentle handling. The fully programmable, fully automatic features of this heady-duty unit pack a wide variety of products including bottles, bags, cartons, and overwrap packages. For cases from 8” to 23” long, 6” to 16” wide, and 5” to 16” high, the Elliott Model 9110 packs up to 30 cases per minute.

Model CH-1 Semi-Automatic Cartoner
Quiet performance and a proven reliability in an affordable and versatile package. Easily adaptable to a wide range of products, the CH-1 incorporates many of the same heavy-duty features found on the higher-speed cartoners. Full perimeter guarding with interlock switches assure safety. Standard features include rotary carton erector, detented overload clutch, 5 foot load area for manual product insertion and spline shaft on the flight drive system.

Model CH-2 Auto-Trac Cartoner
Quiet performance and a proven reliability in an affordable and versatile package. Ideally suited for food products, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics, the compact CH-2 is ergonomically designed for operator comfort and safety. The cartoner has a heavey-duty robust construction with easy access for maintenance and changeover. The CH-2 is a compact machine providing durability and value in a competitively priced unit. Overall dimensions are 110” in length, 76” in width, and a feed height of 36”. Cartons ranging in sizes from 1” to 8” in length, ½” to 3” in width, and 2 ½” to 13 ½” in depth are delivered at operating speeds up to 300 cartons per minute.

Model IH-2 Automatic Intermittent Motion Cartoner
Versatility and reliability in a portable, compact package. Ideally suited for food products, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, the IH-2 is ergonomically designed allowing operator comfort and safety. The cartoner has a heavy-duty robust construction with easy access to mechanisms and simple changeover features. The IH-2 is a compact machine providing durability and value in a competitively priced unit. Operating at speeds up to 45 cartons per minute, the compact IH-2 measures 96” in length, 42” in width, and has a 36” feed height. Carton ranges are 2” to 9” in length, ½” to 4” in width and 5 ½” to 10” in depth.

Model HMT-MINI Fully Automatic High Speed Hot Melt Top Case Sealer
The extra-short Elliott HMT-MINI is only 102” by 36” wide. Fully automatic, it delivers cases at high speeds with fast hot melt sealing. The heavy-duty one piece construction is built for quick changeover from one case size to another. Case sizes range from 3” to 16” in height, 6” to 16” in width, and 8” to 18” in length at speeds up to 40 cases per minute.

Model 76-10 Fully Automatic Top and Bottom Hot Melt Case Sealer
A compact machine for sealing a wide range of case sizes in a limited space. The Model 76-10 is built within a single unitized machine frame measuring 134” long, 38” wide and offering a 24” infeed height. With case speeds up to 1400 per hour, case sizes range from 8” to 18” in length, 6” to 16” in width, and 4” to 16” in height.

Model 85-AT Automatic Top and Bottom Case Taper
A compact machine for sealing a wide range of case sizes in a limited space. It is quickly adjustable for changing case sizes. No-case/no-kick automatic flap tucker. Delivering up to 1400 cases per hour, it quickly adjusts for changing case sizes. The taping machine is built within a single unitized machine frame. The case transfer system assures squared cases ranging from 8” to 23” in length, 6 ½” to 16” in width, and 4 ½” to 16” in height. The machine measures 102” long, 38” wide, and has a 24” infeed height.

Model 80-14 High Speed Automatic Top and Bottom Hot Melt High Speed Case Sealer
A compact machine for gluing and sealing a wide range of case sizes in a limited space. Quickly adjustable for changing case sizes ranging from 8” to 23” in length, 6” to 16” in width, and 3” to 16” in height, the Elliott Model 80-14 is 168” long, 38” wide and provides an infeed height of 24”. Built for strength, simplicity and safety, the heavey-duty unit delivers 1500 to 1800 cases per hour.
