Case Erectors 



CE-10 - 10 cpm - The Combi CE-10 is an automatic system that erects and bottom seals corrugated cases at speeds from 500-600 cases per hour.  This value-priced case erector is ideal for applications that require more throughput than manual case erecting can provide.

2-EZ - 12 cpm - The Combi 2-EZ case erector is simply the best value in case erectors/bottom tapers.  Featuring a rugged one-piece welded tubular steel frame and heavy duty components, the 2-EZ is engineered for the most demanding 3-shift production environments and assures maximum uptime for years of trouble free operation. 

VCE - 13-15 cpm - Recognizing the rising energy costs associated with production and the increased use of recyclable material in today's cases, Combi provides an environmentally friendly, sustainable, energy-saving solution for erecting and bottom sealing cases.  The VCE was designed to consume less air than any comparable case erector and provides a more reliable forming process with corrugated inconsistencies, resulting in less corrugate waste.

2-EZSB - 15 cpm - The Combi 2-EZSB side belt drive units are designed for years of dependable service and can form and seal the widest variety of cases, from single wall to triple wall corrugated.

2-EZHS - 20 cpm - In response to our customers' needs for high speed case erectors, the side belt driven Combi 2-EZHS is built with the same optimal durability, reliability and value the 2-EZ family of case erectors has provided over the years.



Hand Packing Stations

          Ergopack^R - The Combi Ergopack^R is unlike any other manual packaging system in the world. Our intelligent hands-free indexing system places cases and product at an optimal position for the operator. This innovative case and product delivery system minimizes reach and wrist movement, reducing the threat of repetitive motion injuries. Ideal for products requiring inspection before packing, short runs or products of varying sizes, filling boxes with loose, granual or frozen product that requires bagging, or where total automation is impractical.

High Speed Ergopack - The productivity of the Combi Ergopack^R has been raised with the addition of our side-belt driven, high speed 2-EZ HS case erector.  Now an even larger variety of product sizes, shapes, weights and materials can be quickly and easily packed in a larger range of case sizes at speeds up to 20 cases per minute.

Expresspack - A value-priced hand packing station solution for companies that require more throughput than manual case erecting, packing and sealing can provide.  This integrated system provides optimum operator comfort by reducing lifting, reaching, stretching, bending and twisting in the packaging operation.  Efficient and durable, the Combi Expresspack combines a Combi CE-10 case erector, a custom hand pack station and a 3M-Matic^tm 120af case sealer into a cost effective work cell.

Case Packers / Case Loading

Alphapack Pick and Place - The Combi Alphapack is an ultra-compact system for top loading products into corrugated cases.  The Alphapack's integral case erector reduces the machine footprint by 30% compared to the Combi SPP, and is available with many control and product collation packages.

SPP Pick and Place - The Combi SPP is a top loading 2-axis servo-driven case packer.  Essentially every SPP is a custom system, because the SPP is configured for the product.  As a result, we can build an SPP to fit just about any application.  The SPP can also be sold as a stand-alone packing unit without a case erector.

  DP and DPI Drop Packers - Combi's expertise in top load case packing goes back to the earliest days of the company. Available with or without an integrated case erector, Combi's case packers are available with easy to use custom programmed states screens on the operator interface, which allows for quick troubleshooting and feedback on productivity. As an industry leader in Drop Packing, we have successfuly installed hundreds of Combi model DP and DPI drop packers.

HL Horizontal Loader - The HL is a fully automatic side load case packing system.  Integrated with our E-series case erectors, the HL is an excellent system for a diverse range of products, accommodating a wide range of case sizes and pack patterns on the same machine.  The HL features simple modular design and few change parts, assuring fast changeovers and minimal downtime.

CHL Horizontal Loader - The CHL is a step above the HL in speed and capabilities.  Integrated with our SCE horizontal case erector, the CHL opens and loads the case at the same station, decreasing the footprint of the system, and accommodating a wider range of products.

       HL-350SA - is a compact semi-automatic horizontal loading system for collating and packing products into RSC cases.  This allows one worker to attend many case loaders, and other tasks on the line.  Erected cases are manually fed into this machine for automated packing.

Case Labeling Solutions

   FBL - Save money and space by eliminating custom printed cases. Blank cases can be used for different products and can be labeled with variable information as they are needed with the Combi FBL Flat Box Labeler. Combi can integrate case labeling into your packaging line with Weber accessories, or print equipment of your choice.  Available in print and apply and print only configurations.
