Rite-Size set out to design a box maker that would be used by both sheet and corrugated plants as a companion piece to their printer slotters and flexos. And by many multi-product end users, manufacturers, government supply depots, and industrial shipping suppliers in order to cut down on their corrugated box inventory and warehouse requirements, while at the same time, improving service to their customers via the advantages inherent in having in-house box making capability.

The result is a rugged, accurate and easy to operate machine designed to produce corrugated box blanks in short-run quantities of up to 650 per hour. Set-up is quick, less than 15-seconds for a full dimensional change. Entry of variable box data is just, L (length), W (width) & D (depth), or recall from your master inventory menu.

From stock corrugated sheet, the Rite-Size Box Machine can make a complete box blank in one pass; it flap scores, body creases and slots, slits to width, cuts to length, prints and stacks…ready for taping, gluing or stitching the manufacturer's joint. It can also produce blanks from sheets pre-cut to size. The box maker performs the functions of a slitter-scorer and a rotary-slotter in one operation. It's two machines in one.

Rite-Size is a highly versatile machine and fits into any operation where corrugated shipping containers are a factor. In addition, Rite-Size manufactures in-line Spot and Flexographic Printers, Stackers, Slitter-Scorers and Taper.
