Our in-house technical coordinator helps with the preparation of layouts of custom packaging solutions in coordination with our design team in Italy. State-Of-The-Art Design Tools:
All of our equipment designs are executed on a state-of-the-art, networked, CAD/CAM system using ParaMetric Technology's "PRO/ENGINEER" 3D design program. Our design engineers have access to a database containing every previous packaging solution we have ever developed. So, not only does the experience of each individual designer go into our packaging solutions…the collective historical experience of our entire engineering department is drawn upon with each new project.

Custom Installation:
Using computer-assisted production and planning methods, our machines are assembled in a fully integrated design and manufacturing process. Once assembled and fine-tuned on the manufacturing floor, each machine is then tested to ensure that it performs to all technical specifications. Once this testing procedure is completed, the product is shipped directly to the customer and installed on site. There, it is commissioned and tested yet again by trained technicians who perform another complete operational test, calibrate the machines and then train the on-site operators.
